WOYWW 658- Let's Be Brave in 2022!

Happy New Year y'all!
Starting off with Brave Girl Cards as I know we are going to need them.
You can see the big sibling card to the pine cone in my
Quietfire Digital post
A designer asked me to knit her pattern to proof it, I spun the yarn, which I loved, the hat, well, lets say the pattern needs some work, and it will go to my local thrift shop that has a handmade gallery to raise money for the kids in our valley, so win, win.
Big love to all as we do our best to be kind to ech other and stay well!
I still have trouble leaving comments on some blogger sites- and I so enjoy visiting even if I cant comment.
Comments and questions always welcomed.

Happy New Year!
I have to say, spinning is intimidating to me so never took that up. But it is hard to see the flaws in the hat pattern past the lovely yarn! And yeah I get the can't comment thing - if I have to sign in to Google to leave a comment, I don't. Sadly I miss out on letting far too many deskers know how much I enjoyed their work. But I do visit them all, unless computer issues stop me (and there have been far too many of them over the last couple of months!)
Ah well....

Happy 1st WOYWW of 2022!

Happy New Year, Robyn. I love the colours of your hat - and hope the designer will be able to iron out the problems with the pattern.
Take care. God bless.

Your desk looks so pretty today with the lovely projects on show - how marvellous that you spun the yarn, I am very envious that you can do that! I bet your friend will be glad of the pattern feedback and how wonderful that it’s all for charity too.
Happy 2022, may it be full of fun and crafting!

Your yarn is beautiful and by what I can see of the hat it knits up lovely too. Shame about the pattern but that's why they are tested before publication. Have a great week. Elizabeth x #28

I’ve already seen the bigger sibling card, it looks as fab in little as it does in big! Interesting about the hat pattern, but even more interesting is that you spin your own yarn…is there anything you can’t do?!! Looking forward to seeing what you get up to this year, cry best wishes for 2022 xx
