WOYWW 216
All I managed to make today was a mess.
You see here, in the lousy photo, the new stamps I can't show you, and cards that have filled the circular file!
They are lovely stamps, and you will see them soon.
I got a new stamp gear that somehow moved itself out of the photo- it is on my desk somewhere- that is square. Some day I will find time to play with it.
My love affair with Cameo continues tho there is no sign of her here.
Are any WOYWWers digital cutter designers?
I'm looking for guest designers to do two posts a month for Quietfire Creations Blog.
If you are an established blogger who uses a digital cutter that takes SVG files and might be interested, leave me a comment or email(in my profile) with your blog address and we will chat!

Here, on the right you see my latest roommate- the paper rack I got at the Goodwill for $8.50.
I have a rule,
If something comes in, something must go out
...so there has been wild reorganization, tears and now I can't find anything!
Obviously these photo's are NOT STAGED!
Wondering why you are looking at my desk? Because it is What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday.Comments and questions always welcomed.

Staying Alive.... How Old Would You BE......
July in my little mountain town needs a few extra days.
Add in CHA and 17" of rain since July 1, and you can create your own excuses for my lack of blogging.
Forgive me in advance, as there are also several things in the works I can't show you yet.
My love affair with Cameo continues as we work on our relationship together.
It's been so wet, I've had to iron my paper to get it to cut!

This card is going off to an 80th Birthday Party.
Every element on this card was on my desk!
The Lovely Flourished Rose is part of the new Floral-Thank You Set by Queitfire Design.
The deckled oval was cut with my Cameo Digital cutter to fit the quote.
The inside is stamped from the Happy Family Days set, and thermal embosses in Queens Gold (thanks Yogi!)
Please don;t give up on me! and be sure to check Quietfire Creations often for lots of inspiration while I am MIA!

Be Free!
Every year I have great plans for this hat!
Suddenly it is the morning of July 4th, and time to go to the parade and I'm rummaging through my holiday stash to find something red, white and blue to put on my hat.
This year, it was pouring at 10:00 am parade start at 10:30, so it was going to be more of an umbrella event!
New in my life is Cameo, my digital cutter, and Quietfire Design Digital Cut files!
All that you love in rubber, now almost instantly downloadable to your cutting software. You can draw with it too, if your machine takes pens, and print and cut!

The flower is made from Little Flowers.
I stacked them, and made the center from grunge paper, held together with a brad.
Once you have the files you can size, resize and alter the shapes to your hearts content.
and the stars from Little Stars and Pennant. I stacked them with a bit of glitter glue and sewed them on with an E bead center.
My sad little pennants I cut from some ribbon- it's still raining!!!
and what you don't use makes great confetti!!!
Right now, both files are a FREE download!
Email me or leave me a comment if you need digital help!

Many Thanks to all who contacted me to ask about my Fire Fighter son. He is fine, tho saddened as we all are by the loss of 19 of our finest young adults. Prayers and Healing Light to all.
