WOYWW 625- Planner Confessional, Many Happy Returns of the Day

Last week was a BLAST! as ever.
I love having friends all over the world, creating, sharing and just plain old enjoying ourselves together.
I've recieved a card from Caro! in just a week from the UK, to the beautiful mountains of Western NC, USA.
Thank you postal workers!
I have 3 more cards that could be yours- let me know.

The first rose of summer.
Meet, Julia Child.
The color of butter and smells like anise- which she loved.
The sweet flower tote-
You can read more about that on the Quietfire Digital Blog

Now for the confessional.
This is what my weekly planner looks likes and I'm not ashamed!
Suzanne creates digital files for planners- you know the kind that someone I've never met keeps with stickers, and photos, and pockets and bullets.
and dang if I cant use them too!

Here they are on the digital mat, when you buy the file from the Silhouette Store
(50% off all designs till June 1)

and printed out and cut onto sticker paper.

Now look how classy!

I do have a planner for work, needed when you are at the mercy of the judicial system of NC, tho if I sit and color in it the bailiff gives me the hairy eyeball.

Please pray for the kids in our care.

Thanks in advance for your absolution!

I find it hard to leave comments on some blogs- if your comment box is popped out rather than embedded it seems to work better.
Dear friends- till next time, and more ATC reveals!
Comments and Questions Welcomed.

Wow, you got an ATC in a week from England? Lucky you. Maybe being on the east coast helps.

Enjoyed seeing your planners you printed and the one you didn't. I never got into planners. It's all I can do to keep a decent calendar. Happy WOYWW from # 3.

Gosh, five days for an ATC to arrive from here, that’s going some. Let’s hope the rest are as quick! That Rosa Julia Child is just glorious, I think I can hear her loving it! Your planner only alarms me because of how busy you are, the way it looks is just fine, although I do agree the QF stickers make quite a difference! Still, whatever works is good enough if you ask me! I love the thought of you trying to colour in whilst in court, and the hairy eyeball....laugh!

I laughed so much at the thought of you colouring in whilst in court, lolol! Well, it must get boring sometimes, you’re just making good use of time! The Hairy Eyeball was a term I hadn’t heard before but am going to use it all the time now! Do you still have an ATC going free? I’ll swap with you if you’d like.

Lots going on on your desk this week - I love the little purple flower in the stand, and the pink ones in the box are so pretty too - I'm guessing you made them judging by the strips of pink in the box also - they are very effective.
Hope you have a good week

Your "planner" is hilarious, Robyn! That's what I do too LOL - only I scribble things on various bits of scrap paper - then promptly lose them - my head is my planner - luckily, once I write something down it pretty much sticks in my head. I even remind my husband about his plans - he's terrible with dates! I envy people who are well organised to plan things and record their memories - but I'm just not one of them. My blog is as close as I come to recording memories - but I do love stickers too! Something to do with my sticker deprived, childhood I guess. Thanks so much for your visit! Have a lovely week! xx zsuzsa #26

I absolutely love your planner, Robyn! It's a riot! Hilarious! I tend to use my meal planner on the iPad (part of my Paprika Recipe App) and add notes of other, non-food related stuff that I need to do! Nothing artistic about it at all I'm afraid. How funny, the thought of you doing colouring in court! I love the expression "the hairy eyeball" - never heard that one before lol! Your post was a real giggle this week - thank you for making me smile!

Thank you for your visit - I really enjoyed joining the kitty squares together with the lovely fancy stitch I found, but the design doesn't show up that well with black yarn, unfortunately.

Happy WOYWW,

Amazingly fast! Sometimes my sister in NC will send me something and it will get here in just a few days. Once, I sent something to her and it took WEEKS. I think you just never know. My daughter is obsessed with watching planner videos on You Tube, but doesn't actually USE one. She just likes making the bits in Procreate. Doh! Yours looks...interesting....
:D

Happy WOYWW

Planners are a great idea but not something I've ever got into though I don't think I would manage to keep it up really. The mail to and from America and the UK seems to have been quick recently which has got to be good. Wishing you a lovely creative woyww, Angela x19x

Great postal service indeed Robyn. As long as your planner works for you - it doesn't really matter how it looks. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #2

I love your eclectic planner! I used to use stickers etc but I kept wanting to re-use them to save money / ink so I gave up. Plus I haven't really needed a diary this year! I'm definitely a planner girl though - I use a TN currently. Stay safe and keep smiling, Lisa-Jane #8
