WOYWW 778- I just forgot to remember!

Julia has reminded us about the upcoming 15th anniversary! and ATC swap.
As soon as I read the post, I remembered I had forgotten, even tho I look forward to it each year,
and right after that thought, I got an idea- sneak peak on the left.
One for my person forward, julia, LLJ, Twiglet and Annie.
Shout out to my BFF Chris who welcomed me as ever when I was traveling. I came home with one of the napkins from our delicious supper and someone else will enjoy it soon as well!

Long story short- I bought the newest gadget -The Glue Press- and was really liking it, but the press didnt set right in the holder.
I reached out to the manufacturer and they suggested user error.
Then the tiny tube that delivers the glue fell out of the top.
Had a good chat with the glue folks, and
Shout out to Simon Says Stamps, for sending me new glue bottle tops, no questions asked!
Now I am a happy gluer, and it was just a dodgy bottle cap all along.
Yay customer service!
Thanks for visiting!

WOYWW 348 -Black Out Poetry!

Shout out to Julie Bagamary  for the demo on Blackout Poetry at the Fiber Arts Alliance Meeting yesterday.
Julie also gifted me with the wonderful fabric ATC's

A friend is more to be longed for than the light; I speak of a genuine one. And wonder not: for it were better for us that the sun should be extinguished, than that we should be deprived of friends; better to live in darkness, than to be without friends.

Online Watercolor Class
I have to admit I really like the online classes. I can go at my own pace in my pjs and can only compare my work to myself!
I make a lot of tags documenting the techniques as I go along so I can remember how I did what I did.
I'm in love with the pears!

Thanks for visiting friends, and for welcoming me to all your desks!
