This is my first day off since July, and my 65th birthday!

T is for Tuesday- How did you know?

My loyal followers know it has taken me way longer to recover froths move than I had anticipated .

First birthday in my new place and I was inundated int he most wonderful way with gifts, good wishes and lots of love.

I was a bit down thinking gI would have to bake my own birthday cake, when the above appeared in the mail!

You have to eat it to understand.

Words cannot describe.

Truly it is the thought that counts, and presents prove you were thinking!!!

So as I embark on another thrip around the sun, I'm off to visit others blogging about their weekly food and drink.

WOYWW September 2- .....you say it's your birthday!

It was, and being Labor Day Weekend, I did the unprecedented and took 3 days off!

Really off.

If not the originator I am a major proponent of the staycation.

I lay in my hammock, read 2 books, hiked, meditated, stared at the mountains, ate cake!

Opened presents and got the best collection of cards a girl could get!

So above you see, on my desk (ehem) some birthday swag and
