WOYWW Jan 1 2014- Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all WOYWW-ers. WOYWW?
It is dark of night and no other light on in the room and this is my work space illuminated with, best gift ever!!!! my new Stella light.
She is hiding  under the ,God Shines Bright in Me, ATC.

I'm having a blast with the "What's left on my Desk"ATC's.
Rear is some Christmas origami- not too soon to get started for 2014!.
Front left illustrated poetry journal.
Front and center new Quietfire stamps! They might still be on sale.

My other desk.
Ringing in the new year tying on a random warp. Almost too random even for me.
Lots of hand spun, singles and silk.
This is lit by the Ott light and now that I'm in relationship with Stella, seems like being in the dark!

If you have a moment, please scroll down and see my banner for the 12 Days of Christmas Exchange.
I love, love ,love that 12 wonderful artists take the time to make 12 wonderful gifts for 12 people they have never met.
This is what Peace looks like.
Here's to 2014- peace, wellness, happiness, safety, freedom and more joy and less worry!

Cyberscribes Holiday Exchange 2013

Cyperscribes swaps are fun to do and inspirational to receive .

For the 2013 Holiday exchange I made a tag and a decorated envie.

I'm very happy with the way they turned out..

I used my never ending stash of homemade paper, the new QuietfireDesign, Those we Love are the snowflakes of life, stamp and the snowflake that comes with the set.

The glittery snowflakes are an EK success punch.

The caligraphic Snowflake also by Quietfire, from the Snowflakes are the Butterflies of Winter set.

Envies are stenciled with T!m Holtz Hollybough, Dona Nobis Pacem, and Stardust pen berries.

When in doubt, add gold!

Thanks to Tisha for coordinating the swaps.
