WOYWW 449 - Happy New Year!

WOYWW?
The usual mess and merriment!
More on that adorable purse
Anyone (looking at you Julia!) get a cutter under the tree?
Don't be shy ask me for enabling  if you need it.
Stencils- I'm good, I just can't seem to get comfy with sprays. Control issues I guess.
Happy New Year belated.
Lets celebrate everyday
as we do each Wednesday with desking around the world!
Thanks to each and everyone of you for many years of sharing, visiting and kind words.

Hey, no 1, loving your desk and those stencils! I rarely use sprays through my stencils as I can't avoid the ink bleeding through them, so tend to use paint or ink. Helen #2

Happy WOYWW. Lots of fab stash and images on your desk. Stencilling - I do struggle. Whatever I use seems to come out a bit blurred/unclear - and sprays, well I avoid them unless I actually just want some random colour on the paper/myself/everything around it! I have joined the Stencil Club and going to watch some videos to see where I am going wrong. Ali x #7

Fabulous collection of stencils there, Robyn. I adore stencils. Amazing you’ve got a hyacinth in flower already, and the scent must be lovely.

Happy WOYWW,

Nice stash of stencils Robyn. I love them but rarely use them with sprays for some reason either. Happy New Year to you too. Sarah #12

Nice collection on your desk today. I prefer ink and a blending tool with stencils but often then spray them with water afterwards if I actually want the ink to run. Have a great woyww, Angela x13x

Happy New Year to you Robyn. What glorious hyacinths - and that poppy paper - love 'em! The flowers just speak of beauty and the poppies seem so fragile, yet are so sturdy. Weyhey - someone else with stencils on the desk - Sssshhh! I'm not good with sprays either, hence using the glitter paste!
Take care. God bless.

Love you pretty plant. My sis send mom Paper Whites and they are growing so well. Hoping they bloom next trip, she's enjoying watching them. Pretty projects in your photos. I love stencils, and need to get busy with them. Enjoy a lovely week and a grand New Year.

oh yes, Stencils... I have better luck with pastes and things to smoosh through the holes but, I can live with sprays ( in a deep box I keep in the closet ) sometimes my favorite things end up being the drip catching papers behind what gets sprayed. :) love the bloom. ~Stacy #27

Thanks for visiting me earlier and for your lovely comments.
I can’t have hyacinths in the house as they trigger my asthma so it’s lovely to share yours today. Happy belated New Year to you too.
Hugs,

Hi Robin, nice quote about the mess :-) spraying and stencilling can be tricky certainly if it needs to precise and prestine. Vicky

Lovely hyacinths - I am waiting for mine to emerge - think they might be pink ones. x Jo

The flowering plant is stunning and I can see the great variety of stencils. Perfect with sprays if you don't mind a mess and out of control moments. Have a lovely week.

Oooerrr, quietfire was one of the deciders in my cutter purchase! Still to master it, but will be chatting to you soon! love the hyacinth glow of your desk, such a luxurious perfume to accompany your workings. I am not a fan of sprays. Control is just one reason! Tidy tray on my desk...I am a fan, have several. They need washing in hot soapy water (or in my case, they get bunged in the dishwasher) to keep them static free, but worth the minimal effort in my opinion.

Your desk looks so lovely and busy! Love the pile of stencils! Keep practicing with the sprays - you'll get it! Here's what I do to keep the spray from getting on everything - I use a pizza box! Have a great week, Lindart #31

The nice thing about the pizza box (we eat extra-large!) is that it's so big that you can stand back and spray from a distance! Lindart

Hi Robyn, your desk looks lovely with that gorgeous hyacinth blooming on it. I'm waiting patiently for my bowl to flower. The stencils look good too. Elizabeth x #25
