WOYWW- 754-If you cant make a mess...

...you cant make anything.
Above shows I must be on my way to a lot of something, as clearly there is plenty of mess!
Poinsettias are the theme this year, and peace.....
I was having card anxiety, when I realized, no one is waiting for my cards, and I can stop calling them Christmas cards and think more along the line of holiday cards or even New Years cards to take off the pressure.
Yes, I am having fun yet, and I hope you are too!
If I don't leave you a comment it's because google doesn't want me too!
I don't buy much, and I caved and bought myself one of those new glue press things in the middle right.
i do like it so far, and I think you could accomplish the same not having to cap the glue function, by putting a small piece of silicone mat in the bottom of a jar that would hold your glue bottle, with the tiny tip pushing into the silicone.
Thanks for visiting, commenting and questions are always welcomed.

Sweet cards! For several years now I have avoided the pressure in November and December by leaving all my Christmas stuff out and making cards for the following year. I still do Christmas in Nov and December but I don't NEED to, I am just having fun, casing projects I've seen and trying out new stuff etc and same goes for Jan, Feb (and sometimes even March but then I really do call a halt). It's been a game changer for me. I am intrigued by the glue press (fingers poised to google). Any way that improves the action of getting glue out of a bottle quickly and efficiently deserves a look. Have a great week, love n hugs, Cindyxx #12

Lovely cards, Robyn, and I’m with you, no pressure for Xmas is best.
Are you signed in to google? They’re a bit pernickety about that. If you do manage to leave a comment, could you add a link for me to your glue thingy please? Many thanks.
Take care and happy WOYWW

Lovely cards and I like the cat one on the left. I have not heard of a glue press. It looks unwieldy to use. I shall have to look it up. I got carried away last year and made enough for this year too. It does take the pressure off. Happy WOYWW. Angela #4

Hi Robyn, nice to see you. I don't know what the new glue press is, don't think I've ever seen one before but sounds useful. I'm making C. cards at the moment but today found some that I made last year so wont need to panic now. Wishing you a happy and creative woyww. Hugs Angela x11x

Gosh Robyn, I feel like Peace has never been a greater needed theme. Your poinsettia are wonderful. I'm intrigued by the glue thingy and have to emit that it might cause me to cave coming up to the holiday when I can buy it and get someone to give it to me as a gift! As for making a mess, I love to see your desk, looks more productive than messsy from here I can say! And of course, I have to say VIVA! To the wood mount preference!!

Happy Belated WOYWW. Lovely selection of cards. I am so far out of the crafty stash world that I don't know what your new tool is. Will now have to Google. Glue has been such an annoyance over the years. I generally stick to tape rollers - yes, expensive, but do the job and I don't create much now anyway. Ali x #16
